Serverquery issue

I am having a problem with serverquery when I query the game server it says "Server is Offline or Not Responding"
is this because I did not configure the query properly?

I UTStats DB on the same pc as UT2004 so am querying 127.0.0.1 as an UT query, the game port is 7777.
I never changed the ip the game uses.

Any help on this would be much appreciated

Unreal Tournament: ut2004 v 3369
Stat logger type OLStats 3.01

As long as you've set the query type to "Unreal" it should work, but you might also need to make sure any firewalls enabled (such as the Microsoft Windows Firewall) are allowing the port through.
