UT3Stats 0.97 Known Issues

Currently the following problems are known to exist in UT3Stats 0.97:
- When using the log upload feature logs are often incomplete at the web server. *in testing*
- Scores and Events that trigger the end of a match don't get recorded. *fixed in 0.98*
- Team changes not recognized. *fixed in 0.98*
