UTStatsDB 3.05 and UT3Stats 1.02 Released!

UTStatsDB version 3.05 includes the following changes from 3.04:
- Added consolidation and sorting to item totals.
- Fixes for SQLite updates.
- Rewrote UT3 server query - vastly improved.
- Moved AutoParse to main config in database.
- Added netspeed and packetloss support in match stats.
- Built-in LibHTTP now uses the same ini file as UT3Stats.
- Renamed UT3Stats.ini to the correct filename UTUT3Stats.ini.
