Query HTML, UT99 Frags, and Ranking pages

For those who noticed problems in UTStatsDB with HTML errors in the queries, frags not showing up in the UT99 queries, or not being able to switch pages in the ranking lists, please test the current SVN version. All these issues should be resolved.
