moving data via MySql?

Hi Panther hate to bug you but you are the only one that would possibly know the answers, I recently moved from one host to another and am trying to get my db straight. I have lost a lot of logs but would like to keep the original information.
I imported the db at the new server and configured the statsdb.inc and made a connection to the db, everything was as it was however now when I try to parse new logs every log comes up as a bad parse in data base. Any suggestions?
MySql 5.0.67
php 5.2.8
running on linux
I can provide a link to the Sql backup and logs if you need it the site is located here http://pbg.infectedcranium.com/ut2k4/index.php
I have parsed a few test logs and they are there as far as player names, though nothing else is, I realize this is a bit abnormal request wise and if I am sunk I guess I can start from scratch. I am hoping something simple might fix it though.. if not I understand.
thank you for any help,
dave
