Logs, Query, Mutator

Postby MikeWhite » Mon Dec 28, 2009 12:13 pm

I need help,

I am using the latest Ut3stats and the latest utstatsdb running ?Mutator=UT3Stats.UT3Stats
However I have also set it up to run ?Mutator=UT3StatsHTTP.UT3StatsHTTP and that didn't work either.

When i parse logs it does this:

Initializing ftp file transfer.
Connected to '207.210.252.157' on port '21' for user 'mylogin'.
Enabling passive mode.
Successfully changed ftp directory to '/207.210.252.157_port_7777/UTGame/Logs/'.

Then keeps trying to load and nothing.. then just stops trying.

I have a bought a UT3 server from "Art of War Central"
I am trying to link it to a site hosted by "Siteground" using ftp. I set up my db using Cpanel. it seems like all should be a go. Something is off. I don't understand and have spent the last 4 days looking for ways and looking at your forums to try and see if i can find a answer this is my last option. I'm not sure if there are some ports that need to be opened or not. I know that logs are being made and somewhat being transferred over since they are randomly showing up on both sides. Nothing is showing up on the stats page though.

Also I cannot get a query to work. It just says offline or not responding.

Thanks,

Mike

Wow... I would of even offered to donate to the cause. However who in the hell would do that when you get no service... Useless forums.

Oh that's quite all right, we don't want your money. I would suggest however that next time you take a moment and read the sticky post at the top of the posts (subject "***READ BEFORE POSTING***").
