I have the same exact problem as the bob.
I also have vctf server and players can't kill each other.
The server reports the error message:
ScriptWarning: UTVehicleCTFGame_Content vCTF-Containment.TheWorld:PersistentLevel.UTVehicleCTFGame_Content_356 (Function UTGame.UTGame:MatchInProgress.Timer:0079) Accessed None 'PlayerReplicationInfo'
It is repeated countless times...

I'm looking into this issue - do your stats log have an EG tag near the end even though the match went into overtime instead of ending? I'm thinking that maybe UT3Stats thinks the game ended and is closing things out.

I have utstatdb 3.02 installed. When I try and parse the logs, it keeps saying "No log files to process".
There are log files in /UTGame/Logs folder.

Could it by my prefix is wrong: Stats-
Maybe some other setting.
Or, is it a 3.02 thing. Tried shutting the server down but still no parsing.

Any ideas?

What are the filenames in the log folder? The prefix is whatever the filenames start with, before the date stamps.

Any suggestions for me Panther. Still can't get the parse logs to work. Here is what I get when I parse:

Initializing ftp file transfer.
Connected to 'my ip address' on port '21' for user 'storm'.
Enabling passive mode.
Successfully changed ftp directory to '/UTGame/Logs'.
No new logs to download.

Processing directory './StormLogsUT3/' for 'Stats-*':
No log files to process.

We have log files at this location on the server. I made sure the permissions on my logs directory
has read/write permissions.

Does the FTP user have permissions to access the actual log files? Try connecting to the server via an FTP client and see if you can retrieve the log files.

I can ftp the server where the logs are with no problem. The logs are at:

/UTGame/Logs/

EDIT: I am using utstatsdb v3.02 for UT3.
BTW, I do have v3.01 working for several UT99 & UT2k4 servers. I'm not
entirely new to this system but can't figure out why UT3 is not parsing.
