Patience.
Try the version of serverquery.php currently in SVN.
When i use this the query works 2, but before is this msg:
Warning: array_multisort() [function.array-multisort]: Array sizes are inconsistent in ...xxx/utstats/serverquery.php on line 1205
But this happens not every time.

You can find links to the SVN repository on the UTStatsDB main page. You can either download an SVN client such as TortoiseSVN or you can use WebSVN and then copy and paste the current serverquery.php file.

Your going to have to start a ticket at clanservers/gameservers. They block all ports so you will have to tell them what it is you are doing (query server) the fact that it is your server they host that you are doing this to. They will unblock your ports for you, the problem you are having is simply that.

start a new ticket. If you start a ticket up that has already been dealt with they will more then likely ignore your request.

I have work today but when I get back I will go through me tickets and see if i can find the ticket for this matter and pm it to you.

yes their support is absolutely the worst on the web, but they are also very cheap and as long as you know what you are doing you rarely need anything from them so it is somewhat of a wash.. as in I guess you get what you pay for.

I would title a ticket ports Blocked on my server

from there just let them know you need to be able to query your ut3 server and ports are blocked. Then let them know where it is the stats are to be displayed Eg. their website but give them the actual address so they can see it and see it is not working. Then just wait 3-5 days until they get around to actually doing something.. doh.

again I will look for my old ticket tonight.

I didnt notice any games logged on your page BTW that was why I attached the log info in the last post, do you have that working now? it should not be affected by the port blockage, if I remember correctly.

good luck

FYI, I can query his server, so if any ports are blocked it's outgoing from his web server.

yes thank you for clarifying that because I hadn't been clear with regards to that, sorry. Yes this is absolutely 100% correct the blocked ports will be on the website/webhost only not the server itself.

my ticket read:

1) Please describe your problem:

I need my site to communicate with my ut3 game server also from you guys. I am trying to display a query for my server and I am guessing that the ports are closed or something on the site. They have to be open on the server because i have no issues getting into it from the admin port, game, cpanel etc. so the break in this link has got to be the webhosting. The gameserver in question is (8.2.0.182:7777) and the page I am trying to get the query to display on is here (http://pbg.clanservers.com/UT3Sview11/) . What i need is for the game port and querry post to be open to communicate with the server. the game port is "7777" the query port is "6500" .

Thanks
Dave

I should note that this particular server is invalid now due to getting a new one since then and renewing everything to utstatsdb. however the ports are correct so you could just change the server and site info and copy and paste it into your ticket if you like. they did unblock the ports for me without any issue.

more then likely because a logPath needs to be set up

you probably need to create a file on your website called "logs".. I also recommend you make another called "blogs" if you have set it up as per my pics. I dont see any logs folder in the utstatsdb zip so that would make sense. If the directory / folder is not there then the server will not be able to post to it. If you have a "blogs" directory/folder and your set up is the same as mine then it will post the files to the "blogs" folder after parsing them and will be a backup. You can also leave it blank and have no raw backups if you are trying to save space.

also it is not an automatic thing, you would need to set up a cron job to parse the logs for you or you would physically have to go to your admin panel and hit the parse button. You may very well know this, but no harm n mentioning it anyway

sounds like it is looking for the file and it is not there to me. If you named the folder Logs case sensitive then the admin panel would need to match it also case sensitive. I would double check to make sure they match.

also as a test load a few of the logs yourself using ftp and then go to the admin panel and parse them if they will, so we can figure out which end is bad

if you have xfire hit me up: pbgblockhead is my user

if you look carefully what it's telling you is that function-ftp.php is missiing.. but i don't see any OF THAST IN THERE.

i did do what you said and tried to ftp it myself .

let me ask you in admin panel for the logs.. am i surposed to set it up so it uploads from the games serrver?? cause it see those files if you look the files are seen but it will not upload them..

also if you like i jhave no problem with giving you my info so you look at it in admin this is a free server i get for renting then game and doesn't conflist with my website.

let me i'll pm you the info to look into it .

The web server does not have write access to the Logs directory.

this is now fixed, he hit me up on xfire and we got it all ironed out. case sensitivity can be a pain but it is important.
