Downloading logfiles-failed

I have seen post about this but no real answers who suits. I have 2 servers, one of them don't connect at all! Don't know why, all settings for connect is good. My second server connect but wont download the logfiles. Both servers seems as offline in our UTstats: http://insane-clan.clanservers.com/ut2stats/
I have no clue how to do.
